Abstract:
      本文利用电子显微镜观察消毒剂对HBV形态学影响,HBV分子杂交技术检测DNA结构及HBV-DNA聚合酶活性三项指标对高锰酸钾杀灭HBV的效果进行了研究,结果1:1000高锰酸钾2分钟可以破坏HBV-DNA结构,5分钟破坏HBV形态,并使HBV-DNA聚合酶灭活。提示:高锰酸钾为皮肤粘膜、水果、蔬菜及饮食器俱等HBV污染的良好消毒剂。
English Abstract:
      In this paper, we demonstrate the disinfectant effect of potassium permanganate by showing the morphological changes of hepatitis B virus (HBV) with electronmicroscope. The structure of HBV-DNA have been detected with molecular hybridization and HBV-DNA polymerase activity have been determined. The three indictors were used to evaluate the effects of inactivating HBV by potassium permanganate (P.P.). It was found that HBV-DNA structure could be destoryed in two minute, while HBV morphology and DNA polymerase were destroyed in five minute. It was suggested that P.P. is an excellent disinfectant for the HBV contamination of the skin mucosa, fruits, vegetable, and diet vessels, etc.
