本文报告了应用含20%二甲基亚砜的蔗糖、明胶液做介质冷冻保存猴血球的研究结果。这种冷冻保存液可保护猴血球在低温冻结条件下不发生细胞破裂;在解冻后,对麻疹血凝素的敏感性不降低:在麻疹血凝抑制试验中与未冻存的新鲜猴血球有相同的效果。冷冻保存液中可加防腐剂,这对猴血球的冷冻保存及血清学应用效果无影响。
由于冻存血球在解冻后仍能在普通冰箱(或冰壶)中至少可保存2周,使供应远距离单位成为可能。 |
| English Abstract: |
| A freezing medium containning principally 20% DSMO, 10% sucrose and 1% gelatin was reported as an effective medium to be used in storing monkey blood cells. The blood cells kept in the freezing medium and stored in -20℃ freezer stiil remained intact form without lysis. After thawing, the stored blood cells showed the same sensitivity to measles hemoagglutinin as fresh ones did. The addition of preservatives such as sodium azide and methiolateldid no harm to the blood cells in terms of using them in hemoagglutination inhibition test for measles. |
