Abstract:
      本研究以毛细管血浆法与常用的滤纸干血滴法采集微量血标本作间接荧光抗体试验,用于对比检测疟疾抗体的效果,共检查血标本食蟹猴疟原虫感染的猕猴56份,两个疟疾严重流行区居民各220与191份。结果,三种对象检出的疟疾抗体阳性率毛细管血浆标本与滤纸干血滴标本分别为100%与98.2%、84.5%与75.0%、90.1%与79.6%;检出的阳性GMRT分别为530.9与261.9、87.5与35.0、82.0与38.4,毛细管血浆标本均高于滤纸干血滴标本,两者间有明显差异。表明进行疟疾血清流行病学调查研究,尤其在流行程度较低或接近消灭疟疾的地区,宜采用毛细管血浆法采集标本作IFAT。
English Abstract:
      Two methods of the micro-sample collection, capillary tube plasma and filter paper blood, were compared for their efficacy in determining IFA of malaria. Blood-samples were collected from 56 infected macaque monkeys with Plasmodium cynomolgi, 220 and 191 residents in two highly endemic areas and subjected to the IFAT. All of the antibody-positive rates and GMRT by the capillary method were significantly higher than that by filter paper method. The results suggest that the capillary sampling method be more suitable for IFAT in the sero-epidemiological investigation of malaria in low endemic areas or those areas where malaria is nearly eradicated.
