Abstract:

应用犬种布鲁氏菌抗原调查犬种布鲁氏菌病时,发现在牛群中有R-RBPT,R-SAT阳性反应牛,且效价最高达1:640卄,并从1头牛的脾脏中首次分离出B. Canis菌。

English Abstract:

This paper deals with a survey of brucellosis among 50 cattle by means of rough B.canis antigen serologically. Eventually there were 11 positive reactors (>1:80) with highest titre 1: 640. One strain of B. canis was isolated and identifies from the spleen of a reactor cow.
