| 对北京市467名孕妇进行人类多瘤病毒BK的抗体测定,其中包括妊娠28周前孕妇329名和妊娠足月孕妇138名,孕妇血清IgG抗体阳性率为77.94%,与未孕健康妇女的抗体阳性率无显著差别。孕妇IgM抗体阳性率为7.49%,未孕妇女未测出IgM。检测75名孕妇双份血清,抗体效价呈4倍以上增长的15例。以上说明,妊娠期中有BKV的近期激活。 |

| A total of 467 pregnant women, including 329 before 28 weeks pregnancy and 138 full term pregnancy, was examined for human polyomavirus BK antibody in serum. The positive rate of IgG was 77.94% in pregnant women which showed no significance difference from that of normal healthy women. The positive rate of IgM was 7.49% in pregnant women. No positive IgM was detected among sera of normal healthy women. There were 15 paired sera showing increasing of BKV IgG antibody among 75 paired sera from pregnant women. These results suggest the recent activation of BKV infection during pregnancy. |
