| 本文以1:R不等配对的方法,对唐山市新生儿出生缺陷进行了一次病例对照研究。结果发现,新生儿母亲妊娠最初的12周内上呼吸道感染以及新生儿双亲不良环境接触史是影响新生儿出生缺陷的主要危险因素。而妊娠12周后的上呼吸道感染及妊娠期服用药物等与新生儿出生缺陷无显著联系。 |

| A case-control study was conducted on birth defects of newborns using 1:R disordent pair-matching in Tangshan between 1983 and 1987. The results showed that upperrespiratory tract infection among the newborns' mothers during the first 12 weeks'pregnancy and a history of newborns'parents who exposed to harmful environment were the main risks of birth defects. There were no evidences that upperrespiratory tract infection among the newborns' mothers after the first 12 weeks' pregnancy and taking medicine during pregnancy had obvious association with birth defects. |
