| 我们调查了绵阳市3~12岁健康儿童9 845名,信访应答8 984名,确诊注射性臀肌挛缩症患儿122例,患病率1.36%。患儿男多于女(OR=3.7l)。4+~7岁组患病率最高,随年龄增长,患病率明显下降,可能与部分轻症者自愈有关。反复多次注射1.5~2%苯甲醇溶解之青霉素是本病最主要的致病原因。今后对儿童若不再使用苯甲醇作青霉素溶剂,可望降低患病率。 |

An investigation of 9845 healthy children with age of 3~12 years in Mianyang urban area has been made by us. One hundred and twenty-two cases of injectional gluteal muscle contracture were diagnosed. The morbidity is 1.36% and it is more common in boys than in girls(OR:3.71). The prevalence rate of the age group from 4 to 7 is highest and it decreases markedly with aging. This is probably due to self-recovery of some mild cases.Repeating injections of diluted penicilline by 1.5~2% Benzyl alcohol are the predominant causative factor of the disease.If Benzyl alcohol as a solvent for penicilline in children was no longer using, it would possibly reduce the morbidity.
Up to now,this is a common iatragenic disease in pediatric poputation and special attention should be paid to it. |
