| 用分层分析研究了温岭县甲型肝炎发病的主要传播因素,发现不同级可疑食物因素暴露组的aOR呈现剂量反应关系。指出经水传播仍是该县甲型肝炎的主要传播方式之一。建议对不同环境条件下的甲型肝炎主要传播因素进行流行病学监测,以提高防疫措施的针对性和有效性。 |

| A case control study (1:2) of 182 pairs of Hepatitis A was carried out in Weng-ling Zhejiang during April 1988. The results showed that adjusted odds radio (aOR) had a dose-response relationship with exposed different food factors. |
