Abstract:

本文报道了1991年3月和5月广州市2例艾滋病现症病人的调查处理情况。调查分析表明:2例艾滋病病人均为输入性病例,是广州地区(亦是广东省)最早发现的艾滋病病人。两例病人都有艾滋病临床表现,但初次就诊时均有误诊,经过较长时间观察才作出艾滋病的诊断。提示必须提高医务人员对艾滋病的诊断水平,及时诊断,及时做好疫情报告,必须加强境外人员的艾滋病监测,防止艾滋病传入并造成国内传播。

English Abstract:

In March and May 1991, two imported AIDS cases were reported for the first time in Guangzhou. We investigated the 2 cases and found that they have been misdiagnosed, because the doctors were not well familiar with this disease. The investigation showed that clinicians must improve their diagnostic ability. And the surveillance on AIDS must be carried out.
