| Abstract: |
国内获得的58534、87007、儿1三株b型菌通过革兰氏染色、X、V因子生长试验、与葡萄球菌共生所呈现的卫星现象以及与b型血清所产生的特异性凝集,证实此三株菌均为流感嗜血杆菌b型菌。
对58534、87007、儿11、HK179(丹麦)、GB3291(美国)等5株b型菌的抗原性进行了比较,以58534抗原性最好,免后滴度可达1:5120,对除HK179外的其他菌的血清滴度亦等于或高于它们本菌的滴度,用58534抗原免疫后血清的稳定性亦好,放置半年以后其滴度基本上无变化。
采用死菌抗原(b~f型)及新鲜死菌加佐剂方法免疫(a型)健康家兔,获得较高抗体水平,连续免疫三批血清,其抗体滴度基本上一致,表明该方法是稳定、可靠的。 |
| English Abstract: |
The antigenicity of 5 strains of serotype b Haemophilus influenzae was compared. Strain 58534 showed a higher titer than the rest four.
Three lots of antisera were made by immunizing rabbits with 6 strains of Haemophilus influenzae. The results indicated that the antibody titer against strain 58534 also showed a higher level, and the titer only dropped by one dilution after stored in cool place for half a year. We considered that Haemophilus influenzae serotype b strain 58534 is a good strain for the preparation of antiserum against Haemophilus influenzae. |
