Abstract:
      笔者对新疆石河子地区27051人进行了包虫病调查,检出阳性784人,标化感染率为2.84%。各团场中以133、152、135团感染率为高。各民族中的感染率依次为哈萨克族(6.69%)、维吾尔族(4.04%)、回族(3.42%)、汉族(2.39%)。男性(2.35%)与女性(3.33%)之间的感染率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。检出的阳性者中以青少年为多,占56.02%。本次普查人数(27051)约占石河子总人口(约53万)的1/20,可基本反映石河子包虫病的感染情况。本文采用滤纸片全血ELISA法替代血清ELISA法,简化程序,节约费用,尤其适用大规模普查。
English Abstract:
      An epidemiological survey of hydatidosis was carried out among 27051 persons in Shihezi District, 784 were found to be positive cases and the total standardized infection rate of hydatidosis was 2.84%. Among all farms, the infection rates in the No.133, No. 152 and No. 135 farms were the highest. The infection rates among various nationalities were 6.69% (Kazak), 4.04% (Uygur), 3.42% (Hui), 2.39% (Han). There was a significant difference between males (2.35%) and females (3.33%) (P<0.01). The young children were the majority (56.02%) among the positive cases. This investigation was carried out from about 1/20 of the total population (532157 persons) and showed the infective state of hydatidosis in Shihezi District basically. The method of blood spot-ELISA on filter paper which was used instead of serum-ELISA simplified the procedure and cut down expenses, being particularly suitable for a large-scale investigation.
