Abstract:
      目的 对来自全国不同疫源地、不同生态型的 103株鼠疫耶尔森氏菌进行基因分型研究。方法 用随机扩增多态性DNA技术 (RAPD)。结果 将鼠疫耶尔森氏菌分成两种基因型别 :全国大部分菌株为RAPD-1型,青海省境内的大部分菌株为RAPD-2型。结论 不同生态型的鼠疫耶尔森氏菌基因结构存在差异,为鼠疫耶尔森氏菌的基础研究和防治提供依据
English Abstract:
      Objective To study the type of 103 Y.pestis strains that isolated from different plague foci and different ecolog ical types.Method Random amplified polymo rphic DNA (RAPD)was used.Results Y.pestis w ere divided into two RAPD types :most strains that isolated from elsewhere in the country belo nged to RAPD-1 ty pe, while mo st strains that iso lated from Qinghai province were RAPD-2 type.Conclusion The genome structures of different eco ty pe Y.pestis were different providing thefoundation of fur ther research and prevention of plague.
