Abstract:
      目的 根据《全国流行性出血热监测方案》要求,对全国 41个出血热监测点进行常规监测,以掌握 1999年全国流行性出血热的疫情动态,并对防制对策提出建议。方法 疫情资料主要来自各监测点的月报和年报报表,监测方法采用流行病学方法、动物流行病学方法、血清学及病毒学诊断方法等。结果 1999年全国EHF监测点共发病 12930例,死亡 135例,发病率为 5.37/ 10万,病死率为 1.04%,与 1998年相比,发病率下降了 1.47%,病死率增加了 947%,临床诊断病例血清学符合率为 67.25 %,疫情漏报率为 1.28%。从宿主动物监测结果看,监测点野外小兽总密度为 7.46 %,居民区小兽总密度为 6.2 1%,其中黑线姬鼠和褐家鼠仍分别为野外和居民区内的优势鼠种。从主要宿主动物带病毒鼠指数看,1999年野外黑线姬鼠为 0.0 32,居民区褐家鼠为 0.031;黑线姬鼠春、秋季的带病毒鼠指数分别为0.026和0.020,褐家鼠春、秋季的带病毒鼠指数分别为 0.028和 0.036,褐家鼠带病毒鼠指数明显高于黑线姬鼠。结论 由于我国北方多旱少雨地区 (特别是以家鼠型疫区为主的中、低疫区 )近年来疫情上升幅度较大,重疫区的疫情有所遏制,提示 :应加强对中、低疫区和非疫区的监测力度
English Abstract:
      Objective To understand the epidemic tread of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF)in 1999 and to develop prog rams for its control and prevention.Methods Epidemiological, zooepidemiologic,serologic and viral diagnostics were used to analyse the information of monthly and annual reports from surveillance spots.Results Twelve thousand nine handred and thirty cases of EHF in all surveillance spots were reported with 135 cases of death in 1999.The morbidity and mortality were 5.37/100 000, and 1.04% respectively, which had a 1.47% decrease and 9.47 % increase, comparing to that of 1998.The accordance of serological and clinical diagnosis was 67.25 %, with rate of misrepor ting 1.28%.In animal surveillance, the density of mouse was 7.46 %w ith predominant species Apodemus agrarius.In residential areas, the density of mouse was 6.21%, with predominant species Rattus norvegicus.Fo rApodemus agrarius in fields and Rattus norvegicus in residential areas, the index es of HV car rier were 0.032 and 0.031 respectively in 1999.In spring and autumn, the indexes of HV carrier in Rattus norvegicus were apparently hig her than that of Apodemus agrarius as the indexes of HV carrier in Rattus norvegicus were 0.028 and 0.036 comparing with 0.026 and 0.020 in Apodemus agrarius.Conclusion It is suggested that mo re attention should be paid to the surveillance in low and medium-sized epidemic areas because no rthern China is dry w ith short rainy season while the epidemic situation in the serious epidemic areas had been under control to some degree.
