Abstract:
      系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)属自身免疫性疾病,具有明显的遗传倾向.目前国内对DP、DQ、DR位点等位基因同SLE的相关性已有报道,但等位基因与自身抗体的关系报道较少,本研究旨在发现与安徽地区汉族SLE患者相关联的等位基因,以及该基因与自身抗体相关性.
