| 目的 了解住院病人使用左氧氟沙星注射剂的不良反应发生率和合理性用药。方法 前瞻性观察北京市 7家医院中使用左氧氟沙星注射剂的全部住院病人。结果 2 6 6 1例用药者中发生不良反应 10 5例,不良反应发生率为 3.9%,其中重度不良反应占 4.8%,全部是二重感染。不良反应的发生与老龄、用药不合理、合并用药和既往过敏史有关。左氧氟沙星不合理用药占19.9%,集中于 6 0岁以上的老年人群。主要问题为用药时间不合理 (疗程过长或过短 )。结论 左氧氟沙星注射剂在临床上应用比较安全,但要注意合并用药问题和老年人的用药安全性。不合理用药是导致不良反应发生率增加的直接原因 |

| Objective To study the rate of adverse drug reaction(ADR) and the rational use of
levo floxacin among in-patients.Method All in-patients treated with levofloxacin were prospectively
observed in 7 hospitals of Beijing.Results One hundred and five ADR cases w ere found in 2 661 patients
injected with levoflox acin.The ADR rate was 3.9 % while 4.8 % of them w ere classified as severe cases.
All severe ADR cases had a nature of double infections.The ADR occurrence was related to older age,
irrational drug use, combined medicine and allerg ic history.The rate of levoflo xacin irrational use w as
19.9%, especially in the elderly population, due to too long or too short course of treatments.Conclusion
Levofloxacin is viewed as a safe injection in clinical practice, however, combined medicine and elderly
patients should be paid more attentio n when on administration of this medica tio n.The irrational use of
levo floxacin w as recog nized as one of the main reaso ns causing the increase o f ADR. |
