| 登革病毒引起人的登革热、登革出血热及登革休克综合征,是热带、亚热带地区的一个严重公共卫生问题[1].2001年5月以来,泰国爆发登革热流行,国内目前尚未见病例报告,我院确诊一病例,患者男,19岁,工人,无外出史,主因恶心、呕吐5 d,发热2 d,于2001年10月12日到广州市东山区人民医院就诊,体温达39.5℃,伴头痛、眼眶痛,4 d后热退,而后四肢皮下出血. |
