| Abstract: |
| 糖耐量低减(impaired glucose tolerance, IGT)是指患者的血糖介于正常人血糖值与糖尿病者血糖值之间的一种中间状态. 1999年WHO与国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)公布新的IGT诊断标准为:空腹血浆血糖(fasting plasma glucose, FPG)＜7. 0 mmol/L, 口服75 g葡萄糖后2 h血浆血糖(2-h plasma glucose, 2 h PG)在7. 8～11. 1 mmol/L之间[1]. |
