| 7例麻疹患儿发病均在3～ 5月份,这与麻疹疫苗的连年普种使得发病流行季节后移和春季以后人群社会交往、流动频繁致使接触感染者几率上升有关。另外,低月龄麻疹患儿的发可能与胎传抗体提前消失有关。 |
