| Abstract: |
| 目的 了解汽车驾驶员的健康状况和明确 2 0世纪 90年代主要死因对江苏省汽车驾驶员“早死”之危害。方法 采用Reed Merrell方法编制截缩简略寿命表,并应用减寿分析方法对江苏省5城市驾驶员与非驾驶员 1 990～ 1 999年的死因资料进行分析。结果 驾驶员在 2 0周岁时平均预期寿命为 55 .36岁,较同期对照组低 0 .70岁 ;驾驶员和非驾驶员全死因减寿率分别为 35 .0 7‰和 42 .65‰,而全死因标化减寿率分别为 42 .45‰和 41 .1 4‰。损伤与中毒在驾驶员死因构成顺位中居第 4位,而在减寿率顺位排列中居首位。b>结论 驾驶员健康水平低于非驾驶员,尤其是进入中年后的死亡风险增加,健康水平下降,值得重视。对驾驶员“早死”危害最大的疾病是损伤和中毒 |

| Purpose Objective to understand the health status of the car driver and clear in the 1990 s the leading cause of car driver "early death" of jiangsu province. Methods the Reed - prepare a list of the sectional shrinkage brief life Merrell method, and applied to reduce the analysis method of 5 cities in jiangsu province the driver and the driver analyzes the cause of death data in 1990 ~ 1999. Results the driver in the 20 years old when the average life expectancy of 55.36 years, compared with the control over the same low 0.70 years;Drivers and drivers of all deaths reduce the rate of 35.07 ‰ and 42.65 ‰ respectively, and the cause of death the minimised longevity rate of 42.45 ‰ and 41.14 ‰ respectively. Injury and poisoning ranks fourth in the drivers' death constitute the sequence, and the ratio of life of the sequence is arranged in the first place. Conclusion the pilot health level is lower than the drivers, especially after entering middle age are at increased risk of death and health level drops, worthy of attention. The driver "early death" disease is the most fatal injury and poisoning. |
