Abstract:
      目的 监测中国主要食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌 (LM)的污染状况。方法 在11个省 (市)抽检生肉、熟肉、生奶、生食蔬菜、酸奶、冰淇淋、生食水产品 7类食物样品 4034份,采用国家标准方法(国标法)检测LM,并经BAX○R 系统 (DuPontQualicon,Wilmington,DE)鉴定。 结果 4034份样品中,国标法检出LM 70株,分布于7省 (市) 4类食品中,总阳性率为 1.74 %,11省 (市)中福建省LM阳性率最高,7类食品中生肉污染最严重。与国标法相比,BAX○R 系统鉴定结果敏感性>98%,特异性 >97%。结论 各省7类食品不同程度受到LM污染,各地应加强相应卫生监管工作。BAX○R 系统可用于准确、快速检测LM。
English Abstract:
      Objective To carry out national active surveillance on Listeria monocytogenes in foods in China.Methods Four thousand and thir ty-four random samples from raw meat, mea t product, raw milk, vegetable, yoghurt, icecream and aquatic product were collected in 11 provinces (cities), and examined fo r L isteria monocytogenes according to the national standard method and confirmed by BAX Rsystem (DuPont Q ualicon, Wilmington, DE).Results Seventy isola tes four kinds of foods in seven provinces were found to have LM according to the national standard method with a total isolate rate of 1.74%.I n Fujian, the ra te was hig her than in the other provinces.Raw meat was found to be most heavily contamina ted in seven kinds of foods.Comparing to natio nal standard me thod, BAX Rsystem show ed good sensitivity (>98 %)and specificity (>97 %).Conclusion In each province seven kinds of food w ere all co ntamina ted by L isteria monocytogenes to some degrees, suggesting that local sanitary surveillance should be streng thened.BA X sy stem can be used to co rrectly and quickly screen Listeria monocytogenes.
