Abstract: |
目的分析北京市海淀区肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的空间分布。方法以北京市海淀区1∶10万地形图为背景,在ArcInfo8.1软件中建立行政边界图层,在地图上标出海淀区1997~2002年HFRS患者的住址;应用SaTScan3.0软件对各乡(镇)、街道HFRS的发病情况进行空间聚类分析,确定高流行区域范围,并在地理信息系统(GIS)中通过空间分析对不同的发病情况采用不同的颜色和等值线显示。结果空间聚类分析显示北京市海淀区HFRS病例呈聚集性分布,高发区聚集在苏家坨乡、永丰乡、上庄乡、温泉镇及聂各庄乡所属区域(RR=4.43,P=0.001);建立北京市海淀区HFRS空间分布专题地图。结论北京市海淀区HFRS的空间分布为非随机分布,其分布特征与地理环境因素密切相关 |

Objective To analyze the spatial distribution of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome ( HFRS)in Haidian district, Beijing and to explore the geographical characteristics of HFRS in highly endemiCareas.Methods Administration boundary layer was established under the background of 1∶ 100 000 map in the ArcInfo 8. 1 software.The HFRS cases from 1997 to 2002 were positioned on the map.Highly endemiCareas were identified by spatial cluster analysis using SaTScan 3. 0 software. Distribution of HFRS cases was shown in differenTcolors and contours by spatial analysis of geographic information system ( GIS).Results Spatial Cluster Analysis of confirmed cases of HFRS identified in 1997-2002 in Haidian districTshowed thaTHFRS patients were noTrandomly distributed.The highly endemiCareas were founded in Sujiatuo township, Yongfeng township, Shangzhuang township, Wenquan town andBei' anhe township( relative risk=4. 43, P =0. 001). A thematic map of HFRS in haidian districTwas seTup. Conclusion HFRS infectionswere noTrandomly distributed, since the distribution was related to geographic-environmental factors. |
