| 目前SARS的流行特点和规律还不明确,传播途径和致病机理也不十分清楚。为了更好地诊治和预防SARS,我们对某医院爆发的病例进行了个案和血清流行病学调查。1.对象与方法:选取北京某部医院临床确诊的103例SARS患者作为研究对象,诊断标准采用卫生部颁发<传染性非典型肺炎临床诊断标准(试行)>.自患者入院后每隔 1～2周采集一次标本,直至出院.个案调查采用统一设计调查表,主要内容包括患者的一般情况(年龄、职业、发病时间、诊断时间等)、临床表现(发热、咳嗽、头痛、呼吸困难等)、实验室检查结果(白细胞计数、肝功、肾功等)、X线检查结果和有无外出史、接触史、住宅类型和环境卫生等.试验方法采用中国军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所和中科院北京基因组研究所共同研制的SARS冠状病毒抗体(IgG)酶联免疫法诊断试剂盒进行酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA).由Excel 2000软件录入数据,利用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行数据分析.计量资料采用均值±标准差(±s)表示,计数资料采用百分比表示. |
