伤寒、副伤寒是广西壮族自治区重要的肠道传染病之一,每年发病例数高达3000-5000余例,近10年年发病率在6／10万-13／10万之间波动,以1995年为最高(达13.38／10万)。伤寒、副伤寒发病率近年在全国发病率排第4-5位,位于贵州、云南和浙江省之后,是我国伤寒、副伤寒重点
