Abstract:

目的了解武汉市大学生尝试毒品的情况及其危险因素。方法通过分层整群随机抽样抽取武汉市ll所大学在读大学生5850人，进行问卷调查及分析。结果实际调查5677名大学生，毒品尝试率高达2．0％，其中男生的尝试率高达2．8％，大学四年级毒品尝试率高达5．5％，存在睡眠障碍、抑郁情绪、吸烟、饮酒、缺少父母关爱、同学关系处理不良情况的大学生的毒品尝试率分别为3．3％、3．8％、18．0％、16．3％、12．0％、16．O％，家庭经济情很好或困难的大学生的毒品尝试率分别高达4．0％和3．1％。结论武汉市大学生的毒品尝试率较高，主要危险因素为：经常吸烟、经常饮酒、有抑郁绪、同学人际关系不良和高年级。

English Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status on the initial use of illicit drugs among the collegestudents in Wuhan city,and to explore its related risk factors for developing strategies to reduce the rate.Methods College students were enrolled from universities by stratified randomization, and were asked toanswer the self-report questionnaires anonymously. The related risk factors with initial illicit drugs wereanalyzed by univariate analyses and logistic regression analysis. Results The rate of initial illicit drugs usereached 2.0% among 5677 studied college students in Wuhan city including 2.8% male students ever onceused illicitly with the rate as 5.5% among senior college students. The overall rate of initial illicit drugs useamong students who were under the conditions of insomniac, depression, smoking cigarettes, drinkingalcohol, lack of parents' care and bad relationship with classmates were seen as 3.3%，3.8%，18.0%，16.3%,12.0%，16.0% respectively. The rate of initial illicit drugs use among those who were with veryhigh or low family income were 4.0% and 3.1%respectively. Conclusion There was high rate of initialillicit drug use among college students in Wuhan city and the major risk factors of the initial illicit drugs usewould include smoke, drink, depression, bad relationship with classmates and being in higher grade. Theproblem of the initial illicit drugs was very serious among the college students in Wuhan city which called forspecial attention.
