| 死因监测数据是公共卫生信息的最重要和最基本的信息之一, 人群中的死亡水平、死亡原因和死亡模式是评估人群健康状况和卫生需求的依据。尽管我国尚未形成覆盖全国的死因监测系统, 但早在20世纪50年代卫生部已经在部分城市和地区建立了死因登记系统, 该系统收集的死亡数据参照国际疾病分类系统(ICD)进行死因的分类汇总, 然后逐级上报到卫生部, 并且按地区、性别和年龄整理编撰成册—《全国卫生统计年报(/鉴)》[以下简称年报(/鉴)]。 |
