| 目的<\b> 了解3个"五年计划"期间中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的狂犬病流行强度及其趋势.方法<\b> 利用中国疾病预防控制中心的每年疫情报告数据进行常规的动态对比分析.结果<\b> 15年来中国31省均有狂犬病死亡病例报告,共报告14 942例.年均死亡率为0.080/10万,每5年年均死亡率环比增幅为-66.24%和506.13%,定基比上升104.62%.15年合计年均死亡率前五位为广西、湖南、贵州、江西和广东省.结论<\b> 中国至少有27个省有狂犬病病例发生;长江中下游流域是主要发病地区 |

| Objective<\b> To study the epidemic intensity and trend of human rabies from 1991 to 2005 among 31 provinces，metropoli and municipalities in China so as to increase the awareness of the disease.Methods<\b> Contrasti、，e analySes were perfomed and the annual publishing data by the Chinese Center for Disease Cbntrol and Prevention were used.Results<\b> The total number of reDorted cases was 14 942 from 1991 to 2005 with an annual average mortality rate aS 0.080／100 000.The increase of five-years mortality ratio on relative ratio with circular base of mortality rate were-66.24％(1996-2000 to 1991-1995) and 506.13％(2001～2005 to 1996-2000).When comparing incidence rates between 2000-2005 and 1991-1995，the relative ratio with fixed base increaSe became 104.62％.Conclusion<\b> Among the 31 provinces，metropolis and municipalities，27 had reported human rabies cases.The enz∞tic areas mainly distributed in the drainage area along the Yangtze River.The incidence rates of Guangxi，Hunan，Guizhou， J langxl and LTuangdong were the hlghest. |
