| 国内不同地区的研究发现内地城乡幽门螺杆菌(Hp)显示出不同的流行特征,提示环境因素对Hp的传播有明显的影响.为此对新疆寒冷地区哈萨克族农牧民Hp感染状况进行了调查.1.对象与方法:2006年11月12日至12月1日选取新疆阿勒泰市阿拉哈克乡赛克赛吾勒吐别克村和大冷库村哈萨克族农民作为哈萨克族农民组(N组),选取阿苇滩镇阿克阿热勒村的哈萨克族牧民作为哈萨克族牧民组(M组),并选取定居5年以上的市法院职工为城市哈萨克族居民组(D组)及该法院定居5年以上的汉族城市居民(H组)作为对照. |
