Abstract:
      正常高值血压人群指的是血压范围在120～139 mm Hg／80～89 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=O．133 kPa)的人群。该人群罹患心血管疾病的风险较高。随着正常高值廊压日益流行，一些 降压的非药物于预措施应重新审视。本文对正常高值血压的流行病学及非药物治疗的研究结果及新进展综述如下。
