Abstract:
      结核病是全球严重威胁人类健康的重大传染病之一，耐药结核，特别是耐多药结核患者逐年增多，致使全球结核病的流行形势非常严峻。分子生物学技术在结核分枝杆菌主要流行菌株的确定、耐药性监测、结核病感染、暴发以及传染源追踪等方面是十分有效的检测手段。
