| 肾综合征出血热(HFRS)足由汉滩病毒引起的急性传染病,世界各地均有发生.用长爪沙鼠肾原代细胞培养HFRS病毒,经β-丙内脂灭活病毒,研制成功汉坦型、汉城型及汉坦型加汉城型三种疫苗,已取得很好的预防效果[1,2].为使产品的质量进一步提高,进行了疫苗纯化的研究. |
