| Abstract: |
| 应激障碍是一组主要由心理、社会因素引起的异常心理反应而导致的精神障碍，主要包括急性应激障碍(acute stress disorder)和创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder)。急性应激障碍若得不到及时干预，多发展为创伤后应激障碍。2008年汶川“5·12”大地震，不仅给灾区人民造成了巨大的物质损失，也遭受了巨大的心灵创伤。为了解灾区人民的精神健康状况，以便为心理危机干预提供依据，于震后1周对青川县灾区人群急性应激障碍发生情况进行调查。 |
