| 正确地确定高血压患病率是制定高血压防治策略和措施的基础和前提。相对于血压测量等其他方法，自报高血压是一个经济、快速的高血压患病指标，但准确度会受到来自调查对象和调查员等方面的各种因素的影响。本研究利用2004年中国性病及其危险因素监测的资料，应用灵敏度和特异度2个指标首次对成年人自报高血压的准确度进行了分析和评价，为自报高血压的合理使用提供参考依据。 |
