| 卡波西肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(Kaposi'ssarcoma-associatedherpesvirus，KSHV)即人类疱疹病毒-8(HHV-8)感染与临床上卡波西肉瘤(KS)、原发性渗出性淋巴瘤(PEL)、多中心Castleman's病(MCD)有关。KSHV感染在我国境内的流行病学调查数据还十分有限，其有关传播的确切方式目前还不清楚，为初步了解我国人群KSHV感染状态和主要传播途径，我们用KSHVORF65重组蛋白建立ELISA，对杭州地区不同人群进行KSHV感染研究并探讨其传播方式。 |
