| Abstract: |
| 手足口病(HFMD)是南多种肠道病毒引起的常见传染病，最常见为柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)及肠道病毒71型(EV71)。作为一种致病性较强的肠道病毒血清型，EV71在近30年引起全球各地HFMD爆发性流行，近来频繁的发生在东南亚及周边地区[1-4]。2008年3月安徽省阜阳市发生多名儿童EV71感染致死事件，相继全国多个城市出现HMFD暴发。研究表明我国南方地区一直存在EV71病毒的活动，5岁以下人群的抗体水平普遍较低[5]，提示EV71病毒对人群尤其是幼儿的危害一直存在，一旦条件具备，将有发生暴发的可能性。为掌握HFMD发病的流行病学特点，了解影响该病发生、感染、传播的相关因素，开展了HFMD流行特征和发病危险因素的调查。 |
