Abstract:
      目的了解福建省沿海不同地区、不同气温条件下鼠形动物巴尔通体感染状况,并掌握其菌种基因型。方法通过随机抽样,抽取福建省沿海6个地市各一个调查点,采用笼日法 捕获鼠形动物,培养分离巴尔通体,疑似菌株通过PCR证实为巴尔通体,并通过gltA基因的379bp 片段序列测定,构建生长发育树,确定巴尔通体属种,并分析各属种的地区和宿主分布。结果捕获并培养分离鼠形动物1161只(份),分离到巴尔通体菌株188株,6种被检动物巾有5种检出巴尔通 体,感染的鼠形动物分属2目2属,分别是臭鼢鼯、褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、小家鼠、黑家鼠。鼠形动物总感 染率为16.19%,其中臭购鼯最高(21.43%),其次为褐家鼠(13.54%),黄胸鼠(18.27%)。构成东南地 区的主要鼠形动物均列其中。调查6个沿海地市的鼠形动物均感染巴尔通体菌,感染率分别为宁 德9.25%、福州9.52%、莆田9.38%、泉州28.18%、厦门17.42%、漳州13.33%。比较年积温70000C以 下地区与年积温7000%:以上地区鼠形动物感染率差异有统计学意义(Z=12.93,P<0.001)。序列 分析表明福建省沿海地区鼠形动物中共检出3个巴尔通体种群:B.elizabethae、B.qeenslandensis和 B.tribocorum A、B群,有明显的地域和宿主分布特征。结论 巴尔通体在福建省沿海地区鼠形动 物中广泛存在,优势菌种与云南、北京等地区不尽相同。
English Abstract:
      Objective To investigate Bartonella infection in rodent hosts from different environments and types of climate in Fujian coastal regions.Genetypes of the BartoneUa strains was also studied to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of the correlated diseases.Methods By random sampling method,we selected six study sites in Fujian southeastern coastal regions. Rodents were captured by cages to Isolate BartoneUa strains.Bartonella—like isolates were confirmed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The 379 bp fragment of n gene was sequenced and the growth and development tree was constructed to determine Bartonella species.Distribution of Bartonella species in the different area and related hosts was also analysed.Results Bartonella species were isolated from l88 of ll 6l small animals including five rodent species.The infected animals were grouped into 2 genera and 2 orders.They were Suncus mlzrill,ll,Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipecttas.Mus mu.eulus and Rattus rattus.The overall prevalence of Bartonella bacteremia was 16.19%in the most prevalent species of rodents in Fuiian southeastern coastal regions including 21.43%in Suncus muril"1,118,13.54%in Rattus,mand 18.27%in Rattua/lavipectus.Rodents in every investigated areas were infected by Bartonella species(9.25%in Ningde,9.52%in Fuzhou, 9.38%in Putian。28.18%in Quanzhou,17.42%in Xiamen and 13.33%in Zhangzhou).There were significant differences among infected rates in different annual accumulated temperature districts (Y2=12.93,P<0.001).Isolates from rodents were clustered in three genotypes(B.elizabethae, qeenslander is and tribocorum A,B).Conclusion The loeal rodents in Fujian southeastern coastal regions were widely infected by Bartonella spp.Differences among the prevalent species of BartoneUa in Fujian southeastern coastal region,Yunan and Beijing were noticed.Our findings suggested there was a need to study the prevalence,related vectors and the molecular organism of Bartonella
