| 维生素B12(Vit B12)又称钴胺素(cobalamins)，是一组有钴结合咕啉环的红色类咕啉化合物的总称，是一种维持人体正常代谢和机能不可缺少的、机体不能合成的微量营养素。自1980年Schorah等报道低水平Vit B12和脑畸形发生有关后，Vit B12 与神经管缺陷(neural tube defects，NTDs)的关系引起广泛关注。 |
