| Abstract: |
| 风疹是由风疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病。妇女孕早期感染风疹病毒会引起流产、死胎或婴儿出生后发生多器官严重损害的先天性风疹综合征(CRS)。为控制风疹疫情，山东省自1995年开始对儿童实施风疹疫苗接种，近年来监测表明，风疹发病高峰年龄出现向大年龄人群转移的现象?，而风疹发病年龄后移给育龄期妇女将带来严重威胁。为了解CRS的疾病负担，制定完善的风疹控制策略提供依据，2007年在山东省2个监测地区乡级及以上医院对2000--2007年出生的CRS就诊病例进行回顾性调查。 |
