Abstract:

内蒙古科右前旗是蒙古族人口所占比例较高的地区.本研究分析该地区蒙古族乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者的HBV基因型及血清亚型,了解HBV基因型自然史与乙肝的关系. 1.资料与方法: (1)试剂:病毒基因组DNA/RNA提取试剂盒购白天根生化科技(北京)有限公司,UL-tra-Pfu DNA聚合酶反应体系购自南京博尔迪生物公司,Marker 2000购自大连宝生物公司.(2)样本:2009年肝炎流行病学调查收集到的ll0份未经乙肝疫苗免疫的蒙古族(≥3代均为蒙古族)乙肝患者HBsAg阳性血清.所有样本均在-20 ℃保存,避免反复冻融.
