| 云南省西双版纳州一直为虫媒传染病的高发地区.2007年和2009年该地区出现2次流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)暴发高峰,共报告4起乙脑暴发疫情,累计发病93例,死亡9例.为掌握该地区病毒性脑炎的病原学特征,了解其流行病学特点,在中国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)资助下,云南省CDC和西双版纳州CDC于2008年5月至2009年5月在景洪、勐海和勐腊县开展病毒性脑炎病原学的实验室监测.结果分析如下. |
