Abstract:

先天性心脏病(CHD)是婴幼儿中最常见的先天性畸形之一.本研究分析超声心动图检查诊断CHD病例的病种及首次检出年龄的构成比,了解其变化趋势,为CHD早期干预及诊治提供科学依据.1.对象与方法:2003年1月至2008年12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院(浙医儿院)行超声心动图检查诊断为CHD病例28 772例(男15 069例,女13 703例),年龄1日龄至18岁(M=8月龄).
