| Abstract: |
| 2010年天津市百日咳发病率显著上升，报告发病率（1．03／10万）与2009年（0．18／10万）相比上升了472％，同时监测到未到免疫接种年龄或未完成全程接种的婴幼儿（67．77％）为高发人群。天津市在加强个案管理的同时，开展了续发病例的主动监测，并监测到20起家庭聚集性发病事件。为此本研究对家庭内百日咳聚集性发病的传播特征进行了分析。 |
