| 空间流行病学是指利用地理信息系统(GIS)和空间分析(spatial analysis)技术，描述与分析人群疾病、健康和卫生事件的空间分布特点及发展变化规律，探索影响特定人群健康状况的决定因素，并为防治疾病、促进健康以及卫生服务提供策略和措施。随着空间分析和GIS这两项核心技术的进步，空间流行病学在病因研究中发挥越来越大的作用；同时，其对于卫生管理特别是公共卫生应急管理的决策辅助功能日益突出。本文从空间流行病学的发展历史和主要应用领域层面，探讨这门新兴学科的发展前景。 |
