| Abstract: |
| 医院感染(HAI)是现代医疗、保健所面临的重大挑战，不仅导致患者住院时间延长、医疗费用增加，而且还会导致病死率上升、医疗技术进步受阻；有研究表明外科伤口感染者凶HAl平均延长住院时间8.2 d，美国每年因HAI死亡近10万人，直接经济负担超过150亿美元；英国每年因HAl平均延长住院天数4d，造成经济损失45亿美元。随着人口老龄化、慢性疾病增加以及大型医疗技术开展，HAI控制还将面临更大压力，对此有必要采取综合防控措施。 |
