Abstract:
      登革热是一种经蚊媒传播的病毒性传染病,患者以突然高热、剧烈头痛、眼眶后痛、肌肉和关节痛为主要表现,部分可有皮疹、出血倾向和淋巴结肿大等症状,严重者可能出现登革出血热或登革休克综合征。登革热广泛流行于热带、亚热带的非洲、美洲、东南亚、西太平洋和欧溯个别境域的100多个国家和地区。历史上全球曾多次发生大规模的暴发、流行。据WHO统计,全球大约有25亿人口受到该病的威胁,每年约有5100万人感染登革病毒。目前尚缺乏有效疫苗和治疗药物,登革热流行国家主要采取媒介控制来降低流行和暴发的风险。WHO认为建立早期预警系统是登革热流行应对准备计划的重要组成部分,通过预警可以早期发现登革热暴发与流行.有利于及早采取有针对性的预防控制措施,降低其造成的危害。本文对国内外登革热预警技术研究中预警数据源、预警方法以及实践应用的进展进行综述。为国内有效开展登革热预警技术的研究与实践提供参考依据。
