Abstract:

WHO估计全球每年有453 000例5岁以下儿童因感染轮状病毒（RV）腹泻而死亡，大部分发生在发展中国家[1]；亚洲5岁以下儿童腹泻中RV检出率高达55.0%，我国住院腹泻患儿RV检出率为46.0%，门诊为29.0%[2]；RV可通过受污染的手和物品以及呼吸道进行传播[3]。为此本研究于2007-2008年对甘肃省5岁以下儿童RV腹泻患病的危险因素开展1：2配对病例对照研究。
