Abstract:

目的价儿童运动协调能力成套评估工具第二版(MABC一2)的应用性，为儿童运动协调障碍(DCD)筛查提供有效工具方法苏州市区15个幼儿园共1823名学龄前儿童纳入研究。采用组内相关系数、CronbachⅡ系数、项目水平内容效度指数、验证性因素分析、ROC曲线分析MABC一2的重测信度、内部一致性信度、内容效度、结构效度。并以发育性协调障碍问卷(DCDQ)为外在效标，利用ROC曲线下面积分析MABC一2效标相关效度。结果“踮脚走步”、“地毯蹦跳”外其余项目组内相关系数均高于0.9；总Cronbach cc系数为0.502，去除“描画”和“踮脚走步”2个项目后获得的总Cronbach a系数为0.549。8个测试项目的项目水平内容效度指数分别为1。0、1。0、0.96、1.0、1。0、l。0、O。96、0.96，平均内容效度指数为0。985。MABC一2验证性因素最终模型结果显示，项目的因素载荷除“地毯蹦跳”高于O.4，修正指数小于3.86。此外，修订MABC一2(去除“踮脚走步”、“地毯蹦跳”)总分和DCDQ总分进行ROC曲线下面积的比较，两者差异有统计学意义()[2=110.145，P结论论除内部一致性信度外，MABC一2在国内应用的信效度良好，诊断价值优于DCDQ，但需要对其项目做适当修正。MABC一2不仅可用于日常儿童保健门诊中DCD等疾病筛查，也可应用于DCD大规模流行病学调查。

English Abstract:

ObjectiveTo aSSeSS the application of the Movement Assessment BaKery forChildren-2(MABC-2)。to provide valid tools for developmental coordination disorder(DCD)screening.MethodsA total number of 1 823 presch001 children from 1 5 kindergartens in Suzhou city were included in this study regarding the reliability and validity on MABC-2.Data on test-retestreliability internal consistent reliability，content validity and construct Validity were assessed，USing methodologies as Intra-class Correlation Coefficient(ICC)，Cronbach dcoemcient，Item.1evel ContentValidity Index(I-CVI)and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA).When the DevelopmentalCoordination Disorder Questionnaire(DCDQ)was considered as the criteria，the criteria.related validitv of MABC was assessed。USing the area under the ROC curve.ResultsResults from the studyshowed that the ICCs of most iterns were above 0.9 except for‘Drawing and Walking Heels Raised’and‘Jumping on Mats’.The total Cronbach a coefficient was 0.502.with the total Cronbach qcoefficient as 0.549 when the two items of‘Drawing and Walking Heels Raised’were deleted.I-CVIsof the eight items were 1.0，1，0，0。96，l。0，l。0，1.0，0。96，0.96，respectively.The average I-CVl was0.985.Results from the final CFA model showed that the factor loading of the items was above 0.4 except for the‘Jumping on Mats’.while the‘Modification Index’was below 3.84.The areas under ROC curve of the total score on revised.MABC-2(when the iterns of‘Drawing and Walking Heels Raised’was deleted)were significantly different from the DCDO(x2=110。145，P<0。001).ConclusionIn addition to the intemal consistent reliability.the validity and reliability of MABC-2 were fair which could be applied well in China.However.some iterns of MABC-2 should be revised.MABC-2 could be used to screen the children with motor coordination dysfunction at the health careclinics for children.as well as applied in the large-scale epidemiologic studies.
