Abstract:
      手足口病(HFMD)病原体主要包括肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)等肠道病毒，其中EV71感染易出现脑干脑炎及神经源性肺水肿等并发症而导致死亡.本研究分析635例HFMD死亡病例的流行病学及临床资料.
