Abstract:
      肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxAl6)是引起手足口病最为常见肠道病毒，其中EV71是引起当前我国手足口病的病原优势株?。目前临床对EV71感染以对症治疗为主，尚无有效的抗病毒药物，研制安全有效的疫苗和早期诊断试剂是预防控制手足口病疫情的经济有效地措施，为此进行以下相关研究。
