Abstract:

尽管肿瘤标志物的研究已历经多年且产出颇丰，但真正能够应用到临床者却很少。其中不规范、不全面的报告严重影响了研究质量及结果评估，在一定程度上制约了肿瘤标志物的发展及应用。本文旨在介绍肿瘤标志物预后研究报告规范(Reporting Recommendations for Tumor Marker Prognostic Studies，REMARK)的清单内容，并对一些重要条目进行说明及解读。
