Abstract:

目的了解山东省≥18岁高血压患者高血压知晓、治疗与控制状况。方法2011年采用四阶段不等概率分层整群随机抽样方法，在山东省内抽取18～69岁15 350人为调查对象，通过问卷调查及体格检查获得调查对象基本信息和健康状况，体格检查包括测量血压和身高、体重等指标。率的统计分析根据抽样设计采用加权的SURVEYFREQ方法进行分析和处理。结果共发现3776例高血压患者，高血压患者人群知晓率为34.5%(男性为31.1%，女性为38.5%)，高血压治疗率为27.5%(男性为24.1%，女性为31.7%)，仅有14.9%(男性13.7%，女性16.4%)的高血压患者血压得到控制(<140／90mmHg)。结论山东省≥18岁高血压患者知晓率、治疗率及控制率水平较低，尤其是农村地区，需要进一步加强高血压防治工作。

English Abstract:

Objective To identify the status of awareness,treatment and control of hypertensionin adult population in Shandong province in China.Methods A total of 15350 representive subjectsaged 18 to 69 in Shandong province were selected with multistage statified and clustered samplingdegisn.Questionnaire investigation and physical examination including measurement of bloodpresure,height and weight,were taken for all of them.The prevalence was estimated by weighted SURVEYFREQ model.Results In Shandong province.34.5%of the hypertensive patients wereaware of their high blood pressure(31.1%in male,38.5%in famale),27.5%of them were takingantihyertensive medications(24.1%in male,31.7%in famale),and 14.9%ofthem(13.7%in male,16.4%in famale)were under control for their blood pressure(<140／90 mm Hg).Conclnsion Therates of awareness.treatment and control of hypertension in adult hypertensive population inShandong province,China were lOW,and it is urgently needed to take stepS for intervention andcontrol for hypertension prevention.particularly in rural areas.
